1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using tallshipchannel.com (operated by tallshipchannel.com Ltd. and Rederij Vrieling Waterman), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you are expressly prohibited from using our platform and services.
2. Operational Scope & Corporate Entities
All digital broadcasting, mobile applications, print publications (Tall Ship Magazine), and quayside commercial activities are executed exclusively by tallshipchannel.com Ltd. and shipowner Rederij Vrieling Waterman, operating from our bases in Harlingen, Netherlands, and Normandy, France.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise stated, all content on this platform—including video streams, historical documents, imagery, logos, codebases, and editorial articles—is the exclusive intellectual property of tallshipchannel.com Ltd. Unauthorized redistribution, commercial exploitation, or scraping of our sovereign digital archive is strictly prohibited.
4. Souvenir Purchases & VIP Hospitality Bookings
When purchasing physical merchandise from our Souvenir Shop or booking VIP hospitality passes aboard the Lady Ellen via our VIP portal:
- All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include applicable European value-added taxes where required.
- VIP hospitality tickets for events such as L'Armada de Rouen are subject to specific festival scheduling and vessel safety protocols.
- Physical merchandise returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt in original, unused condition.
5. Limitation of Liability
While our self-hosted Proxmox VE and WireGuard infrastructure is engineered for maximum uptime and security, tallshipchannel.com Ltd. provides its streaming services and digital content on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. We shall not be held liable for temporary broadcast interruptions resulting from offshore network anomalies or satellite communications interference.
